In this 4-hour workshop you learn about the technical practices, engineering practices, tool and material selection, compliance and certification checklists, and daily operations that become possible once the management team is has implemented the policies and rhythm of the Executive Led Agile Transformation. Most of these practices would not be tolerated in a company that has not yet begun an Executive Led Agile Transformation, but enable outstanding, move-the-needle kind of results.

Schedule

Both Executive-Led Agile Transformation and the XM Certification Workshop will be held live-online. Workshops last 4 hours and are held once per week at 15:00 CET, which is 9am Eastern and 6am Pacific.
