Today’s Reality
Society expects people to work their entire lives, but employees who aspire for a change of employer or lose their jobs in the second half of their career have an increasingly difficult time finding and keeping new employment.
There are personal challenges to overcome. Purpose, meaning, and self-esteem are called into question as people re-orient themselves to thrive in their new reality.
For society, senior workers are likely to pose a heavier burden on social security. If they do not find new employment quickly, they are likely to become long-term unemployed or have to earn their living independently.

We envision a world in which people are happily, meaningfully and effectively engaged at work. They are valued by society throughout their career.
Mission
Our goal is to celebrate 1’000 individuals each year who achieve a professional transition or recover from an unemployment-related set-back with our support.
Our graduates become the captain of their own boat. They recognize possibilities and seize opportunities. We teach you how to lead a life of choice with a sense of ownership and fulfillment, as a confident and contributing member of society, regardless of age or origin.
