"Agile approaches evolved to manage the risks of solving complex problems with high levels of uncertainty. This requires acceptance that contracts are incomplete and evolve over time."

Values

The authors of the ACM are uncovering better ways of aligning contracts with agile collaboration by doing it and helping others to do it. Through their work they have come to believe that emphasizing the elements on the left side of the following pairs generally leads to better results.

Principle 02*
