What you can expect from the Personal Agility System

Peter_Stevens-Life-is-the-Sea-450x300

Peter Stevens, Inventor of the Personal Agility System

The Personal Agility System [PASs] is a simple framework for doing more that matters. At a personal level, it helps you understand what really matters to you and choose your actions accordingly. Because you know what matters and why, you have confidence in the priorities you set. It’s easier to decide what to do next. You get more of the right things done and have more energy while you do it!

PASs is also a coaching framework. You learn to build agreement among peers, managers and direct reports about what really matters to your organization, what to do and why. Actions and decisions become aligned. Priorities shift less often, so there are fewer interruptions. You can focus more and get projects done faster. You become more efficient and more effective!

What this workshop is and is not

This workshop…

  • is not about spinning the hamster wheel faster
  • is not about working harder or working longer
  • is about being more focused and effective at achieving your goals
  • is about developing the confidence to say ‘No’ when you need to
  • is about feeling good about what you accomplish

This online workshop gets you off the hamster wheel and into the driver’s seat! You stop wasting time on things that bring no value to focus on things that do!

“Life is an ocean. You’re the boat! Master the stormy seas of change to reach your goals.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What tools or accounts are required?

A: Our conferencing system is Zoom.us (client required). We use Thinkific.com to share course materials and we recommend Trello for managing your “artifacts”, and we use our own server for the forum and video sharing. These services are free but require registration.

Q: Can I participate when I am travelling?

A: I recommend a quiet, private space where you can talk in confidence and focus on the session. A reliable connection is essential. Trains and planes generally do not satisfy any of these expectations. If the hotel Internet is good enough, there is no reason not to participate from there.

Q: I have a busy schedule – Can I reschedule if there are conflicts?

A: All sessions are recorded, so if you miss a session, you can watch it at your convenience.

Q: Say I bought the Silver Package, can I upgrade later to a higher package?

A: Yes, you can. You save money if you buy the higher package at the beginning. You can also buy the whole package now, and take the second half of the course at a later date.
