I am really excited by Steve Denning’s Radical Management: the messages of Scrum and Agile sent directly to management in their language. It adds important new concepts, especially a strategy for change leadership and emphasis on delighting the customer.
During his visit to Zürich, Steve Denning and I will lead a one day Gathering on Radical Management for C-Suite Managers. We’ll look at the five big shifts and why these shifts are the inevitable consequence of basic changes in the marketplace and the workplace. You will learn how to use storytelling to revolutionize the workplace and establish a radical management mindset. The day will focus on co-creating the “big picture” principles of radical management as well as the practices involved in implementing the principles.
